In this episode, Deborah and Lara talk about her beginning of yoga at age 48, being the owner of Yoga North for 12 years, the richness of continuing yoga along with her Lutheran faith, what happens on the mat, happens off the mat, harmony with the eight limbs of yoga, all questions are answered in the oneness, samadhi gives new insight, her meditation cd,  her book, The Yamas & Niyamas, learning a language of silence, living moment to moment with god, and Satya – truthfulness and authenticity being inspiring to her.
